Established at year 2001, Shanghai Fortune Capital Co., Ltd. (thereafter “SFC”) is a professional investment banking firm, focusing on restructuring and disposal of state-owned company as well as M&A advisory. SFC is a Sino-foreign JV between Shanghai Electronics Development Holding Group Company and Singapore Sing Alliance Holding Company.
The Chinese party is authorized by Shanghai State-owned Assets Management Committee and has total assets of RMB14.4 billion investing in the industries of large scale IC, electronics and components, lighting products, real estate, finance and investment banking. The foreign party was founded by prestigious investment bankers from Singapore, U.S. and Hong Kong, and has very good networking with overseas financial institutions, investment funds and governments.
SFC provides investment banking services of restructuring of state-owned companies, disposal of state-owned assets, M&A and private placement.
